Theresa and Billy Joe have lived in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow Community for over 20 years. After graduating from Prairie View A&M University, with a degree in Communications, she and her husband moved to Oklahoma to expand their Careers. She and her husband have 3 children, one is currently in the Broken Arrow School District and the other two are currently students at Tulsa Community College.
